Over the last few months I admit that I have been quite remiss at posting on Recipephile. My goal is to get back into the swing of things by commenting on articles I find online and linking to recipes that are already up on the site.
The first of these comes from The Daily Green a site dedicated to helping people live a more earth-friendly lifestyle. This week they are featuring an article on "Top 10 Vitamin E Superfoods: The Healthy Antioxidant". This is a great piece and talks about the power of pine nuts.
Pine nuts are a great source of Vitamin E. One ounce contains 2.6 MG of Vitamin E and 191 calories. Check out this pesto recipe from the product review I did using the Magic Bullet. This one packs a pine nut punch and is mighty tasty.
